This means your item has been specifically created for you. Our made to order model allows us to have a sustainable approach to fashion, reducing the amount of waste created.
Where are JE CAI products made?
All JE CAI products are made with luxury fabrics, sourced from Italy and Japan, make in London.
How do I personalise my JE CAI product?
You can personalise your JE CAI product by selecting different shapes and fabric swatches on the product page. Within the same system (1), base layers (10), components (100) and extra components (1000) are interchangeable. For more on the instructions, click here.
How will I know my made to order product will fit me?

When will you take payment for my made to order item?Your card will be charged when you place your order at checkout. What forms of payment do you accept?We accept most major card payment options including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
When will my order be shipped?
All pieces are handmade in London. It will take approximately 5-7 days for a piece to be made from the moment your order is placed and another business day to ship.
Can I change my shipping address once I've placed my order?
Your order will be processed as soon as it's placed. If you would like to make changes to your shipping address, please check the status of your order and contact us on email@example.com
What shipping methods do you offer and how long will it take to receive my order?
JE CAI ships internationally with DPD, DHL and Royal Mail, to the following locations:
UK: 1-3 business days £8
Europe: 3-5 business days from £15
USA: 3-5 business days from £20
Australia and Asia: 5-7 business days from £25

Yes, we ship internationally with DHL and Royal Mail.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can use it to track your order through our courier.

Yes, all items from your order will be shipped together.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the nature of made to order products, and the fact your order has entered our production flow, we do not accept cancellations. This is because resources have already been assigned as soon as your order is placed. For information on your order status, please contact us at email@example.com
What is your returns and exchange policy?
As products are made to order, and specifically created for you, we're unable to accept returns, unless your product is damaged or faulty when delivered to you. In these cases, we'll offer you an exchange in the same product style, colour, fabric and size you originally ordered in. We do not accept any other reasons for exchanges so please make sure you read the product description carefully before you place your order.
